To piwo jest dla nas wyjątkowe – uwarzone z chmielem wybranym przez nas podczas YCH Hop Selection. Wydarzenia, na które zostaliśmy zaproszeni jako jedyny browar z Polski. Aby uczcić udane kontraktacje chmielu z farm Yakima Chief Hops, uwarzyliśmy dla Was Cold IPA z chmielem Idaho 7® – piwo o czystym profilu fermentacyjnym i wyraźnej goryczce.

This beer is special to us – brewed with hops selected by us during the YCH Hop Selection. We were invited as the only Polish brewery. To celebrate the successful contracting of the hops from Yakima Chief Hops farms, we brewed Cold IPA with Idaho 7® hops – beer with clean fermentation profile and stronger bitterness.

Can from Stacks.
A: clear golden, small, white head.
A: withering spring onion, shallot, grape, grass, dill.
T: sweetish grape & pear, bitter herbal spring onion.
F: bitter grassy & herbal hops, dank grapefruit.
P: medium body, slick texture, soft carbonation.
Definitely lacking some hop freshness.

Good-ish example from an established brewery. A bit of a funky off smell but after a few sip I got used tonitZ Mikkeller ams

Puszka 0.5l (BB 23.08.2024). Wyraźnie cytrusowe z porządnym kopem goryczki, wytrawne choć z lekkim alko na finiszu, niemniej smaczne.

Tap at Pinta Warszawa. I still do not truly understand this cold IPA fad. The hops does not really shine. There is moderate dank, kinda mosaicy character, med-high white wine, kinda sauvignon fruitiness, overall good, tasty, but not exactly what I expect from Idaho 7. Still, eady drinking, quite good.

Złota barwa, klarowne, piana opada bez śladu. W aromacie wyczuwalne nuty cytrusowe, minimalnie białe owoce. W smaku podobnie do aromatu. Goryczka na średnim poziomie, nasycenie również na średnim poziomie, alkohol niewyczuwalny.

Białe winogrona, tropikalne, taniczne, dalej cytrusy. Barwa złota, przejrzyste, piana znika do zera, brak lacingu. Goryczka zaznaczona, zestowa, skórki białych winogron, taniczna. Rześkie soczyste, wytrawne, pijalne. Świetne.
