Can 0.5l, almost one year aged. Cloudy, deep gold colored. AROMA- salt, lime, mint, yes, apricot too. FLAVOR- lightly sweet, moderately sour, quite salty, biscuity base, lime, touch of mint and apricot. Medium bodied. Tasty.

Appearance - 10 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 10 | Overall - 8

Tap at Zil verne. Med-thin body, med-high carbonation. Medium sourness, pleasantly mostly clean with just a hint of yogurty funk. Med-light saltiness, maybe a touch more than needed, bit still harmonious. Low sweetness, background bitterness. Rather light apricot presence, understandably so, it is a soft flavoured fruit. Med-light coriander. Mint in the background for me, noticeable ever so slightly in the late finish. Very easy drinking, excellent.
