Duuude... This one’s all about the hops, man! Just enough malt backbone allows the Simcoe, Centennial and Columbus hops to be in your face. Peace out.

Very drinkable DIPA, not quite the aggressive hop-monster you'd expect, but rather an easy-drinking, moderately sweet big IPA with citrus and berry undertones and a firm, gooey caramel malt base. Wet malt and toasted grain float in the background, while strawberries and grapefruit add a nice layer of hoppy depth that grows piney on the finish. Pours a clear orange-gold with a massive white head and generous lacing. Nose is caramel, pine, and slight dank notes. Fluffy, chewy texture makes for a nice pint. Good beer.
