Draft at the source. Pours clear yellow with a white head. Aroma and flavors of fruit, spice, yeast, ginger, coriander, white pepper.

Good semidry saison, lots of grass, banana, and clove on top of a firm but unobtrusive hop backbone. Some citric tartness, more almost-ripe apricot than yuzu, with a peppery back end. Good texture, solid farmhouse nose, meadow-like and bright. Not a classic but very drinkable.
