The second of our Birthday beers, it's time for another Big DIPA. A grist of almost 50% wheat and oats create a super soft, pillowy texture and clean base for the hops to shine.

An all Southern Hemisphere hop bill of Nelson Sauvin, Galaxy Spectrum and a sprinkle of Riwaka, this beer is unique and provides juicy, savoury and dank notes. We're getting grapefruit, dried apricot, gooseberry, fresh mown grass and a subtle herbaceous finish.

Panda at home, thanks to Kenny, 25/01/25.
Murky orange with an off white cap that thins to a swirl.
Nose is lychee, grapefruit, mandarin, ripe melon, stone fruit whisper.
Taste comprises orange pith, grass, mandarin, guava, gooseberries, pine resin, dank chimes.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come resinous hop bitterness.
Solid punchy Kiwi loaded DIPA.

Can. Hazy orange gold beer, small and short lived bubbly pale cream colour head. Palate is light and mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light pale malts, a tad thin mouthfeel wise but sweet enough. Hops bring crispy cooling pine followed by that slightly odd smorgasbord of Riwaka tropical fruits. Some mild Galaxy citrus and perhaps a vanishing glimpse of grape from Nelson. Quite a flinty and semi dry piney finish. Decent but very fat from my favourite Two Flints beers of late. Feels less confident and assured than normal.

Keg at Brewdog Reading. Aroma is big and stone fruity. Hazy orange. Foamy white head. Flava is also big and fruity with a sugary streak. Slightly creamy. Medium bodied. Slick to oily. Soft-average carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Yym

Keg at The Farmers Boy, St Albans, Herts. A hazy golden/orange coloured pour with a healthy white head on top. Sweetish, hoppy, orange, mango, peach, pineapple, tropical fruit taste and aroma. A top quality DIPA from Two Flints.
