Draft. A very light golden beer with a lazing white head. The aroma is sweet alcoholic and malty - very clean. The flavor is sweet mlaty with distinct notes of alcohol, which leaves a slight burn on the palate, it also contains light notes of caramel.

(On tap) Pours a clear, fully golden with a white head. Clean, malty aroma. Medium body, lightly sweet malts and a dry hopping. A very straight pale Bock - perhaps I could have hoped for a little more sweetness. 110507
