CBF07 sample from tap. Pours amber filtered with some head. Aroma of berries, malt and a bit of hops. Flavour is mainly bitter hops with a soft malt profile beneath, blending berries into the flavour. Finish is dry.

Draught @ Københavnske Øldage 2007. Pours a slightly hazy reddish color with a white head. Sweet malty fruity aroma with some cranberry hints. Sweet malty fruity cranberry flavor. Sweet fruity finish with some cranberry hints in the aftertaste.

Sample at Copenhagen beerfestival. Nice head with ok duration. Color is reddish. Aroma and taste are berries and fruits.

Draft. A hazy copper colored beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with notes of caramel, but also with a light buttery note. The flavor is sweet with notes of butter and caramel, leading to a dry bitter end, and the body is thin.

Druaght at Copenhagen beerfestival. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Red colour. Nice Fruity/spicey aroma, but not that powerfull . Ok flavor but nothing special. Oily palate.

(On tap) Clear, pinkish with an off-white head. Unclean - slightly fruity - berry nose. Rather light in body with no real malt feel but light fruit accents. The finish is dry. 120507

Draught at KØ07. Weak aroma. Hazy red colour, small pink head. Thin mouthfeel and weak fruit flavour. No plastic? Very thin, but it gets a few points for being refreshing.
