Bottle from Secret Santa Lowenbrau that has been hiding in the fridge. Many thanks! Pours pitch black with a fine, tan head. Smooth bubbles. Aroma is roasted with coffee, malt, earth and light smoke. Sweetish vanilla milkshake taste with layers of roasted coffee and chocolate lingering. Very nice, but a little bit thin. If this was amped up a bit it would be phenomenal.

Bottle 330ml. @ [ Scooper Tasting ], Ulfborg, Denmark. [ As Pepinum Asturian Republican Stout ].[ Trade by fombe89 ]. Clear dark black - red brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, sweet malt, dark malt, wood, smoke. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, dark malt, sweet malt, roasted, smoke, wood. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20170303] 7-4-8-3-15

Botella. @Cimmeria, Oviedo 17/03/2017. BBD:12/18 Color negro con buena corona de espuma beige, aromas bastante tostados con notas a regaliz, el sabor es torrefacto,con notas a regaliz, cuerpo medio alto, agradable.

Bottle - Malted milk, cocoa and light raisin. Jet black with a rich light brown head. Nice cocoa and dark malts. A touch on the sweet side for the style with no bitterness, but easy drinking.

@Ulfborg Scooper. Black, creamy beige head. Roasted aroma, some sourish berry-like notes, maybe even a little smoke. Sweetish flavour, roasted, jammy. Slightly drying mouthfeel.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice creamy head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are rich roast malt, chocolate, fruits, caramel, cocoa and has a nice sweet finish.

Bottle. Very dark brown with small beige head. Aroma is roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, caramel and liquorice. Flavour is roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, caramel, liquorice, sweet, bread, hop, little smoke and a little bitter.

Color negro intenso con espuma oscura aromas y sabores maltas tostadas ligeramente ahumadas con toques dulces de caramelos tostados y sensación licorosa. Cuerpo medio. Con cierta sensación alcohólica seca y amargo final. Buena.
