A hazy amber beer with a nice off-white head. The aroma is sweet malty with clear notes of the alcohol, while the flavor is sweet malty - a bit too sweet for me.

Draught. Weak, peppery aroma, I seem to get a little smoke also. Quite cloudy, very dark red colour. Big, semi-stable, light brown head. The flavour is quite malty and a bit acidic. Roasted aftertaste. After a few months more of lagering the flavour is more rounded and less sharp. Definitely improved.
