33cl. bottle. Pours amber/reddish with a stable white head. Sweet malty & bready aroma. Watery palate. Taste is however very weak & anonymous! But the crown series are/were one of the better ideas from Harboe!

A deep red beer with a nice orange head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of berries, while the flavor is sweet with primary notes of berries, but also a slight note of brewing cereal (sugar) used. Quite nice for a discount beer from Harboe.

Fine tan head, dark brownred body. Mild sweet caramel and brown sugar aroma. Sweet flavor as well, some malt and caramel and roasted hints. A good drinkable discount ale.

Bottle. Dusty aroma, hint of raisins. Dark chestnut brown colour, no head. Roasted flavour, a little sweet. Some fruit in the flavour, but unfortunately a bit strange.

(Bottle 33 cl) Clear chestnut brown with a pretty, red glow and a small off-white head. Aroma of roasted malt and a wee touch of smoke. Roasted, caramelish flavour, but overall quite dry. Almost no bitterness. 131005

Dark red/brown with a short lived head. Metallic caramel aroma. It’s difficult to describe the completely unbalanced flavour: Some sweet caramel followed by a sour and bitter flavour that doesn’t taste like hops to me.
