Gravity dispense at Pigs Ear ’16, 29/11/16. Light reddish copper with a decent beige head. Nose is biscuit, toffee, grains, light fruit nip. Taste comprises toasted grains, brown sugars, bread dough, light fruit esters, biscuit crumble. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Looks and feels good but lacks at the business end ... an inoffensive nothing beer!

Cask gravity at the pigs ear beer fest 2016. A reddy amber coloured pour with a loose off white head. Aroma is marzipan, sweet nutty malts, grassy hop. Flavour is composed of spicy grassy hop biscuit malts, nutty, wet hop. Palate is crisp, highish spritzy carbonation. Rough round the edges. Woody earthy finish. Nit great.

Cask gravity at Pigs Ear 2016. It pours clear deep brown with a decent bubbly white head. The aroma is bitter - sweet, toffee, brown bread, dried fruits, fruit cake and light spice. The taste is dry, bitter, wood, spice, leather, touch of alcohol, resin and some soapy citrus with a dry finish. Light - medium body and soft carbonation. Not so bad.
