Gravity cask at Bedford Beer Festival 2022. Pours clear copper amber with a beige cap. Aroma: caramel, orange, fruity. Taste: light to moderate sweet and bitter, malt, caramel, semi dry finish. Light to medium body with light carbonation.

Bottle thanks to Ashton McCobb. Pours clear copper with a thin off-white head. Aromas of brown bread and dried fruit. Taste has malt loaf and dried mixed peel. Light sweet finish.

Bottle from the brewery online shop. Appearance - deep amber to brown with a cream to tan head. Nose - dries orange, light raisin and malt loaf. Taste - burnt raisin and more malt loaf. Palate - light to medium bodied. Creamy texture. Bittersweet finish. Overall - one good example of this style.

10/5/2019. Bottle from Beer:shop, Hitchin. Gusher. Pours pale amber with a large foamy off-white head. Aroma of caramel, malt, hops, fruit and flowers. Moderate sweetness and medium bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation. Quite pleasant.
