Mosaic leads the way to give a dank and citrus taste at the forefront backed up by a sweet and floral combo of Azacca and Simcoe whilst a touch of chinook helps bring this tasty little number back down to earth. Unfined, unfiltered, unpasteurised natural beer. Suitable for vegans. Can from the brewery online shop. Pours hazy yellow gold with a thick white head. Aromas of lemon, light coconut, resin, dank tropical fruits. Taste is light sweet, more lemon, honey. Creamy texture. Bitter finish.
