Oak smoked wheat IPA, hopped with cascade, centennial, citra, BBC hops, tasting like a smoked pine forest fire with dried citrus peels for kindling. Fermented with a Norwegian farmhouse yeast at 40 degrees.

Crowler. Pours clear golden with a thin white head. Aromas of light pine, light smoke. Taste has melon, tropical fruit. Light smoky finish.

500ml crowler. Pours hazy light gold with a large head. Aroma is sweet pine, smoked ham and a little citrus. Taste is sweet with smoked pine. Some bitter grapefruit.
