Cask handpull at The Gordon Highlander. It pours clear amber with a thick, foamy white head. The aroma is biscuit, hay, cracker, porridge, floral vibes and some dull toffee. The taste is firmly dry, twist of citrus, floral, quite clean, grassy, peppery spice and some biscuit malt base. Finish is dry a d floral with a dry finish. Average body and fine, yet foamy carbonation. A fairly average blondeish ale.

Cask at Birmingham Airport Finally a Scottish ale! Metalics take the lead on a nose. In taste you may find earthy notes, metal, kinda watery. Not being impressed.

A lot lighter than you'd expect for the style, but it's a nice malty thing with a decent whack of fruit.
