Bottle from Oddbins. Appearance - bright red with autumnal red edges. Generous head. Nose - redcurrants and raspberries. Light stalky note. Taste - raspberries and red grape (wine). Palate - medium bodied and tangy. Nice champagne level of carbonation. Dry lightly acid finish. Overall - very wine-like indeed.

Bottle from Cornelius. Pours hazy pinkish gold with a thin white head. Aromas of red grape, red berry, spice. Taste is a little boozy, more red fruits and saison character coming through. Nice, preferred the blanc though.

Bottle big thanks to Nick. It pours cloudy red with a small white head. The aroma is sweet, juicy, tangy, red grape, red apple skin, musty, touch of hibiscus, spice and dull jam. The taste is dry, bitter, sweet, boozy heat, tangy, red fruit, red grape, jammy berry, fruit cordial, spice, gummy bears with a tangy fruit finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Quite boozy and jammy. Not as much depth as expected. Jammy and boozy. Fun nonetheless.
