Cask at the Chelmsford Summer Beer & Cider Festival, Essex. Pours golden with a nice bubbly off-white head. Aroma of fruit, grape, biscuit, and hop. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Light body, slight watery texture, average to soft carbonation. Finish is increasingly bitter.

[ As Felstar Lightburst ].Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, cookie, sweet malt. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, sugary, biscuit malt, sweet malt, pale malt, fruity malt, light earthy malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20151203] 6-3-7-3-13

Chelmsford Beer Festival. Light haze on this gold beer. Good pale cream coloured head. Light dry palate. Mild carbonation. A little floral sweetness. Nice sweet citrus hops. A little meringue. Orange and lemon. Semi dry finish. Nice beer!
