Bottle from the Vineyard, Belfast. Appearance - deep amber red. Small but attractive head. Nose - sweet whisky note. Stewed apple or greengage. Taste - wood and stewed fruit. Fudge. Big boozy edge. Palate - full bodied with a creamy texture. Bg boozy finish. Overall - big beer. Interesting but could be more balanced.
