[ As Loch Ness Golden Ness ].Clear medium golden yellow amber colour with a small, fizzy and fine, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, caramel, pale malt, light to moderate hoppy, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, pale malt, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20151009] 6-3-6-3-13

Cask. Clear golden color, large bubble head. Aroma of lemony caramel biscuit. Taste has citrus, caramel. Decent.

On cask at the sraf. Golden with a proportionate head. Flowers and custard on the nose. Dry green plant stalkiness on the taste. Solid and very bitter.
