Cask (gravity) @ NBF 2015 [ The 40th. Nottingham Beer Festival (The 8th Robin Hood Beer and Cider Festival) ], Nottingham Castle, Friar Lane, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England NG1 6EB. [ As Loch Ness Golden Ness ].Clear medium golden yellow amber colour with a small, fizzy and fine, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, caramel, pale malt, light to moderate hoppy, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, pale malt, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20151009] 6-3-6-3-13

Cask. Clear golden color, large bubble head. Aroma of lemony caramel biscuit. Taste has citrus, caramel. Decent.

On cask at the sraf. Golden with a proportionate head. Flowers and custard on the nose. Dry green plant stalkiness on the taste. Solid and very bitter.

Cask at SRAF 2015... Copper.. Thin tan lacing... Soft sweet toffee fruit malt nose... Soft sweet floral fruit.. Soft floral fruit.. Nice easy summer beer
