A wheat beer with character-box of the class, which is brewed every year before Christmas. The color is reminiscent of dark amber, the flavor is nutty with sherryartiger note, fruity and tangy in Antrunk finish.

Bottle (purchased at Pivni rozmanitost, Prague): Deep amber coloured, almost clear, big and persistent creamy off-white head, wheaty-toasty nose with a slight yeasty acidity underneath, maybe traces of chocolate(!) detectable; moderate sourish-sweet flavour, medium bodied and quite soft; a slight bitterness shows up in the drier chocolatey-wheaty finish. Very good...

Cloudy brown with a small off-white head. Aroma of caramel and chocolate with banana and a phenolic note. Sweet malty flavour with phenolic character

Bottle @ Na Sumave, Prague. As Winter -Weizenbock. Same label as picture. Pours dark amber with a creamy lasting head. Sweet. Banana and alcohol. Wheat and bread. Smooth and full bodied. Tasty and well made.
