“Dremel Bockbier“, 6,9 %, Flasche (50 cl). Fülliger, tiefer Malzkörper, reich an Melanoidinen.

bottle, herzlichen Dank an Frankenland! Chestnut-brown colour, mid-sized, creamy, beige head. Aroma of caramel. Full-bodied, intensively malty with flavours of caramel and chocolate, slightly hoppy in the finish. Smooth palate. A delicious beer.

Unlabeled bottle. Looks good in the glass, copper coloured, small head. Starts modest malty, strong, a bit alcoholic, a bit scratchy. Finish is more balanced, still strong, shows also some caramell notes. Still a bit metallically. Average bock.

Bottle, kindly delivered by Frankenland from BTO. Hazy, chestnut-amber coloured, beige lacy + stable head. Woody-fruity and caramelly nose with a distinctive aromatic hoppy touch. Solid sweetish-bitter flavour, medium bodied. Lingering hoppy and caramelly< finish. Good rural Bock........

Bottle. Hazy, dark amber colour with a big and beige foamy head. Sweet and yeasty, toast-malty aroma with subtle fruity [prunes, raisins] notes, accompanied by caramel, vanilla and a whiff of licorice. Sweet and slightly bitter flavour, medium to full bodied with a soft carbonation. Solid toast-malty base with caramel and licorice towards the finish. Sweet malt-accented, slightly toasted finish with a balancing hoppy bitterness. Quaffable Bock [09.XII.08].
