On tap at That Beer Place (Foregate St), Chester. Pours almost black with minimal cream head and good lacing. Theres roast malts and some hints of vanilla in the aroma. In the mouth there is some fruitness but roast malts dominate. Later sweetness of chocolate and traces of vanilla, plus bitterness of coffee grounds come through. Good, Good !

Keg at the Waterloo Tap, 30/05/22. Black with a good sized tan covering that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is coffee bean, dark malts, brown sugar melt, light roast. Taste comprises cocoa powder, espresso, light roast, spice, tiramisu coffee mix, light ashen tones. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close. Tidy coffee stout.
