On tap at the Mikkeller bar London. Reddish colour with a pale head. Berry fruity blackcurrants and a slight hint of liquorice to finish. Smooth tart fruity. Full body.

Keg at Mikkeller Exmouth Market, London Brewpub, 27/05/22. Raspberry red with a decent crimson cap. Nose is tarte berry fruits, blackcurrant, straw, damp wood, hint liquorice. Taste comprises blackcurrant liquorice boiled sweets, red berry compote, damp straw, light salt kiss. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light puckering twang. Decent enough fruited gose ... the liquorice is fairly light and well balanced.
