We originally brewed this beer as a one off for the European Football Championships in 2018 and liked it so much that we had to bring it back. As a light and refreshing session pale ale this makes for the perfect drink for long lazy days on the beach. Fruit-forward hops spring to life from a clean and crisp pale malt base with Mosaic added at flame out and dry hop to create a light but fruity profile. If we could can sunshine, it might be something like this.

Keg at Docker, Goods Shed Canterbury, 15/09/21. Lightly hazed orange with an off white head. Nose is melon, grass, tangerine, green hop essence. Taste comprises orange peel, melon, light breads, toasted grains. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with balanced leafy hop bitterness. OK pale.
