On tap at the Southey Brewery & Taproom, Penge. Nose is lychee, white grape, gooseberry jam. Taste is white grape, gooseberry, spot of kiwifruit, melon. Fruity sweet with a light bitter base.

Draft at Southey Brewery, Penge 28/11/2025 Sweetish citrusy and tropical fruity aroma and taste, getting some satsuma and pineapple, grapefruit, touch of melon, light malty support, bitter hoppy close.

My review disappeared, so to summarise: a soapy underpowered SIPA. Some resinous/quinine bitterness and malts but it watery soap that dominates..light gold. Thin foamy white head. Light-medium bodied. Soft-average carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish l. Think the summary was as long as the original rating.

ABV: 4.2%. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, moderate hoppy, fruity hops, marmalade hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average duration, marmalade hops, butterscotch, fruity hops, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.
