[ As SingleCut I'm Using Technology DDH IIPA ].
ABV: 8.2%. Murky matt medium yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, oat, moderate to heavy hoppy, fruity hops, tropical fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a long duration, tropical fruit, fruity hops, wheat, sweet fruit. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20210717]

This beer pours a cloudy apricot-orange color with a medium frothy eggshell white head that recedes gradually to a film. Sticky strings of lace. Aroma of herbal hops, tropical fruit and malt. Medium body with flavors of resiny hops, citrus, melon and biscuit malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a lingering citrusy hop aftertaste. Pretty good all around.
