Mosaic and Simcoe is a combination that has followed us from near enough the very beginning of this humble little North Walian brewery. All the way from those halcyon Loka Polly days, to the insane IPA we brewed for the Little Summer Beer Bash in 2018, right the way through to the Augment range and beyond, we always fall back to this combo because it’s just so darn good. Sweet pineapple notes are prominent, with underlying flavours of mango, orange sherbert, and just the faintest little bit of pithy bitterness. With the sun now starting to peek its head out, we’re letting everybody know with this beer that summer is definitely on the way.
