Bottle thanks to the brewers. Thanks guys. Pours a clear pale yellow. Aromas of honey, oak, dusty, light syrup, floral. Taste is about the same with a slight artificial cleaning product note. Dont know what it is but I find most of these "light meads" to be like that.

750ml bottle. Batch No. 1206. Bottle 84 of 250. Pours a golden colour with no head. Nose of honey, spice, woody. Taste is sweet, mellow honey, sugary, floral, citrus peel, spices, some caramel, woody oak, grassy, alcohol with lingering maple syrup notes. Syrupy mouthfeel, full bodied, low carbonation, dry grassy warming finish. Nice complexity, very drinkable.

Bottle bought at the old Mikkeller shop @ Mikkeller & Friends. Pours very tiny hazy pale golden leaving some subtle legs on the glass with a swirl. Smell is fairly subtle with pale floral honey, pollen, dilluted maple syrup, hay, minerals and hints of alcohol. Taste is sweet and floral. Mouthfeel is soft, round, tiny boozy and medium bodied. Finish is sweet with pale floral honey, maple syrup and minerals. Simple and highly drinkable. Nice!

Bottle at Superstition, pours a clear blonde. Aroma is odd, with a more muffled set of notes, with light bourbon, earthy notes, and some smoky herbal notes. Flavour is more pleasant, with earthy bourbon, subdued maple and medium honey sweetness. Not at the level of complexity as most of the other products here, but still tasty.
