ABV: 5.5%. Clear medium brown colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, dark malt, sweet malt, spicy, Xmas spices. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, Xmas spices, sweet malt, dark malt, spicy. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20210320]

Frothy whita good mostly lasting head. Amber colour Light malty and hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavor. Short light bitter finish. Watery palate.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is dark amber. Aroma and taste are lots of xmas spices, caramel, malt, hops and has a sweet spicy finish.
