Ology Cuvee de Nelson Sauvin. Pours a hazy orange yellow. Tropical fruits from the NS, bit of vinous from the grapes. Enjoyable.

Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, citrus and green grape. Taste is light to medium sweet and light to medium bitter with a long slightly dry, citrus and green grape finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

From a pint can. Pours a fairly clear gold with bubbles throughout. Aromas are vinous. Flavors are moderately bitter pine.

ABV: 8.0%. Murky matt medium to light orange yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, oat, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, grapes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, fruity hops, citrus, grapes, grapefruit, gooseberry, grapes - white grapes - white wine, dry, light minerals. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20201124]

Can picked up from Kihoskh and drunk at home (19/11/2020) - hazy yellow with a white head. New brewery tick ✅ Fruity with prominent notes of Sauvignon blanc grapes, lovely delicate aromatics, grape must, yeast, lovely nelson character, hoppy and grape led lingering finish. Very nice.
