9th January 2021 Can. Almost clear gold beer. Yes almost clear, you can see stuff through the glass. But hey, random Ratebeer style selection says this hazy. FFS! A tidy pale cream colour head. Smooth palate that has some fine minerally carbonation emerging. Fluffy pale malts, a soft creamy sweetness. Smooth pine over a pleasing hop combo. Juicy ripe tropical fruits from the HBC586 well blended with the strong piney citrus of HBC522. A little bitter lemon from Meridian. There is even a little soft blueberry from the Mosaic - a fucken rare thing these days. Smooth finish brings a pinch of hop spice and leaves a mild bitter linger. Very nice. It's clean. Yaaaay! It has an imaginative hop profile and delivers hop complexity. There is some hop sting as well. Goes down very easy.
