Cask (gravity) @ 32th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2015, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England. [ As 40ft Deep Liquorish ].Clear dark black brown colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, sweet malt, toffee - butterscotch. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, sweet malt, toffee, dark malt, roasted, sweet candy alike licorice - toffee. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20151202] 6-3-6-3-12
