ABV: 3.5%. Clear light to medium purple yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, flowers, tea, something odd maybe the butterfly pea flowers or kombucha. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, wheat, jasmin, flowers, tea, sweet malt, and again something odd. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20201003]

Frothy white fair mostly diminishing head. Rosa colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Week flowery notes. Light bitter flavor. Strange herbal/flowery moldy flavor. Average finish. Oily palate.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich tea, fruits, flowers, malt, hops and has a nice long bitter finish.

Bottle @Saxo's. Clear light pale pink-ish, white head. Ok sourish berry flavour, ligtht floral notes perhaps. sourish flavour, some berries. Light, rather tame.

Bottle @ Saxo tasting. Clear very pale red with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, flowers, light barnyard and wood. Flavor is medium sweet and rather acidic. Dry and rather acidic finish. 031020
