Can 1pt. @ [ Højbjerg Tasting ] - Saxo House, Højbjerg - Aarhus, Denmark.

[ As Brewing Projekt Smoofee Sour - Passionfruit, Mango and Guava ].
ABV: (8.96)%. Murky matt medium orange (carrot) colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, mango, guava, passion fruit. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, tropical fruit, mango, light to moderate guava and passion fruit. IMO: not much beer here but a quit tasty morning juice ... Body is medium, texture is creamy, carbonation is soft. [20201003]

Can @ Home. Ugly muddy carrot yellow with a small white head. Aroma of light malt, sweet tropical fruit, passionsfruit, guava, some strange fruity spice. Flavor is sweet, light sour, light spicy, malt, juciy tropical fruit, guava. Medium to full body, soft carbonation, sweet spicy finish. 041020

Can@ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are rich tropical fruits, flowers, guava, malt and hops and has a nice fruity finish.

Can @ Saxo tasting. Murky golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, passion fruit and mango. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and moderate bitter finish. 031020

Can @Saxo's. Opaque orange, white head. Heavy mango aroma, some passionfruit. Fruit juice, pulp flavour, mango and passionfruit. Not particularly sour... somewhat over the top.
