[ As Viborg Forårs Bryg - Amerikansk Pale Ale (Mosaic og Cascade) ].
ABV: 4.7%. Clear medium to light amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting - diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet amtl caramel, caramelized malt, flowers. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, caramelized malt, malt and hop bitter, flowers, pale malt - caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20200720]
