En fyldig pilsner efter de tjekkiske traditioner. En gylden farve, en rund krop og en velafbalanceret bitterhed er de gode kendetegn. Naturligvis er malten fra Tjekkiet, ligesom den fantastiske Saaz humle, der meget rundhåndet er tilsat under kogningen. Med Böhmer oplever du, hvordan en pilsner egentlig skal smage. Står godt til det gode, danske frokostbord, kylling og salater.

[ As Borgs Bryghus Böhmer ].
ABV: 5.6%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, butterscotch. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, pale malt, sweet malt, bread notes, milky - citric notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20200720]

Bottle 50 cl. Pours an orangey golden with a slight haze and a small, white head. Malty nose, no real hop aroma. Medium body, again malty with a discreet bitterness. But also a slight, lurking tartness. 110620

Bottled. A golden beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of straw and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, and herbs, leading to a bitter finish.

Sample from 50 cl bottle. Clear golden colour with a thin white head. Sweet aroma with pale malts, butter, fruits. Taste is sweet. Medium bodied. Drying fruity finish. Ok. Heavy on the butter.

50 cL bottle. Pours cloudy orange, small white head. Aroma is buttery and toasted malt. Toasted. Bitter, butterish and toasted malt. Bitter and slight sweet malty finish.
