Cask at Head of Steam, Birmingham. Crystal clear light gold with smooth white top. This one had tangy stone fruit, lychee, minerals. Light to medium bodied, slick, semi-drying. Easy drinking but didn't stand out.

330ml can from the brewery. Poured a very slightly hazy light yellow golden colour with a mostly lasting bubbly white head and lots of bubbles. The aroma is malt, grassy, fresh hops. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a light, slightly watery, smooth, green grassy, light dry spicy hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Cask at Duke William, Stourbridge. Pours golden amber with a small off-white head and good lacing. There’s bread and malts in the aroma. In the mouth it is superficially sweet with some tanginess lying beneath the surface. Quite juicy, but also watery. Flavour has stone ruit and silver shred marmalade, plus a few hops coming through eventually. Slight bitterness in the finish. This is a bit non-descript.
