A crossover IPA, straddling the terrain between hazy boy & West Coast, this India Pale Ale features a heavy addition of Azacca T90 in the kettle delivering grapefruit pith & a reasonable bitter finish. Fermented drier than a classical NEIPA to showcase nuanced hop characteristics in greater detail

Can. A light haze on this orange gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Airy smooth palate, mildly dry, decent fine carbonation late on. Light, slightly thin pale malts, sweet enough. Some of that lovely Azacca lemony citrus shines briefly before a slightly rubbery skunk kicks in. Light pine. A mildly bitter finish. Something slightly askew here but not terrible..

440ml can from Left Field Beer, Solihull. Poured a slightly hazy yellow golden colour with a thin white head. The aroma is grainy malt, citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a fresh, crisp, surprisingly light, herbal, light piney, mango, light pepper spice, hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
