Meridian is a refined, refreshing sour with tons of sweet, juicy strawberries and hints of warming Kampot pepper spice.
The malt base is rye-accented, which gives the beer a touch of crunchy grain character. We heighten this sensation with an in-house infusion of Cambodian red Kampot pepper to deliver an intriguing peppercorn aroma along with complementary red fruit notes on the palate.

From tap at Gravity Brewing, Budapest, 01.05.26. Murky mahogany. Beige head. Surprisingly fine aroma and taste of peppercorns, strawberries and pure brett. Very good! A new taste combination for me

Draft at the brewery taproom. Poured a murky reddish orange brown with a thin off-white head. The aroma is big strawberry. The flavour is moderate to light sour, with a light, crisp, yeasty, juicy tart strawberry, light dry spicy palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
