Sept '23. Clear, vibrant medium gold, active, thin lace. Fruity floral, baked, heavy clove, apple. Dry floral, fennel, medium all spice, white pepper, airy loaf of bread. Sharp & thin initially, dusty & yeasty on the finish. A bit too spiced & stuck.

On tap. Pours a slightly hazy gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has flora and sweet fruits with clove and sweet grains. Flavor is of clover and flora with light fruits and sweet grains underlying.

29/6/2018. Draft at Michael Mina Pub 1842, Las Vegas. Pours hazy pale gold with a small off-white head. Aroma of yeast, flowers, grass, citrus, bread, apples and herbs. Moderate sweetness, light bitterness, hint of sour. Moderate body, slight oily texture, a bit above average carbonation. Herbal, yeasty finish with ginger coming through. Grower.
