25/5/2018. Cask at the 2018 Newark Beer & Cider Festival. Pours pale gold with a small white head. Aroma of banana, yeast, wood, hops and grass. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness, hint of sour. Moderate body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation.
