The palest of the beers we produce. This a blend of local malt meets American Hops. There is a hint of a malt profile allowing the citrus & piney aromas to truly come to life. The relatively high alcohol content is a fine balance to the hoppy bitterness.
Details
Hops: Chinook, Centennial, Amarillo
Malt: Maris Otter blend, Vienna

25/5/2018. Cask at the 2018 Newark Beer & Cider Festival. Pours dull, hazy gold with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of hops, malt, citrus, yeast, biscuit and vanilla. Moderate sweetness and bitterness. Medium body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation. Pretty decent brew.
