9/5/2018. Cask at The Town Wall, Newcastle. Pours maroon brown with a small bubbly off-white to beige head. Aroma of red berries, chocolate and raspberry ripple ice cream. Medium plus sweetness, light bitterness. Light body, texture is a bit thin, soft to flat carbonation. Lacks a bit of body, but otherwise pretty decent.

Cask at the Reading Beer Festival. Dark brown with a thin, loose beige head. A little fruitiness in the whiff but on tasting I just get dusty chocolate and spice. Too much dust in the mildly dry finish.. Not great.
