On tap. Pours black with light head. Aromas of almonds and walnuts, black coffee and roasted malts. Flavors of unsalted sourish nuts, dark chocolate licorice and roasted malts. Not really liking the sour notes…

Can. Black beer with a brown head. Chocolate and nutty aroma with light caramel. Roast and chocolate flavor with light nuttiness and light caramel. Medium bodied. Roast and nuttiness linger with light chocolate and light caramel.

From a 440ml can on 25/8/2022. Pours a very deep brown with a small tan head. Has modest aroma of chocolate and spice. Tastes of medium sweet milk chocolate and cinnamon, with the barest hint of honey, but it's a stretch to say it reminds you of baklava.Finishes with a light to moderate bitterness. The body's a bit think and the carbonation is moderate. Doesn't present as 7.5% tbh. Unexpectedly meek and dull. Disappointing.
