Bottle. Mitchell’s, Sheffield. Pale gold. Soft haze. Film and a ring of white bubbles. Nose has light, biscuity malts. Sweet grain. Pale, yeasty bread. Some sweet, floral hop. Taste has a honey sweetness, turning light to medium, citrus peel bitter. Light body. Modest carbonation. Light, lingering, bitter finish.
