On tap at the Oakland Arbor location. Aroma is full of that SARA funk - lots of lemon notes with a light green grape notes. Hints of peppery phenolics and a slight herbal, grassy hop note. Very faint alcohol notes and hints of a poopy, sulfur note. Faint oak notes. Pours a very clear, pale, yellow color with a medium large, thick, pillowy white head that recedes steadily to a small film that lingers. Light lacing and faint legs. Flavor is lightly acidic with faint sweetness and light grain notes. Low bitterness and very faint alcohol notes. Faint herbal hop notes. Quite a bit of lemony, green grape SARA funk with hints of peppery phenolics and a faint floral note. Faint oak notes. Mouthfeel is light bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and faint alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid barrel aged table beer. This is super crushable and despite being so small has it so much aroma and flavor due to the SARA funk and barrel character.
