Cask at Pigs Ear 2016 - London. Pours clear copper with a frothy, off-white head. The nose holds brown bread and ripening orange. Light-medium sweet flavour with more citrus character, floral hops, pale grains, pine. Medium bodied with fine carbonation; nice condition. Finishes with light piney resin, or age rind, pale bread. Highly enjoyable.

Flavour is composed of spicy berry, lemon rind, nutty toffee, red berries little twig. Palate is semi sweet decent cask condition. . Good.
