Draught @ Bock’s Corner Brewery, Gerbyntie 18, Vaasa, Finland 65230. [ As Bock’s Ruisolut IV ].ABV: 5.5%. Unclear medium amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, rye, moderate yeasty, banana. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, banana, rye, wheat, weizen yeast, pale malt. IMO. quit sahti alike both aroma and taste. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160707] 6-3-7-3-12

A bottle. A murky and brown beer, a head is almost medium and blond. Aroma has vegetables, fruits, bananas. Taste has maltyness, some rye bread, weird and harsh bitterness. Medium bodied, slippery to drink that is the best part of this beer. A bad and unpure beer.

Draught @SOPP Helsinki 2016. Hazy brown colour, small white head. Smell is very weizenbier like, banana, yeast etc. Aroma is mainly also weizen, with banana, yeast and so on. Also malt. In extreme finish, dry hoppiness is found. Rye is very well hidden. Very surprising, in a good way. Mainly bitter. Medium carbon, rather heavy body.

Draught@Bock’s. Hazy orangeish brown colour with a mediumsized off-white head. Aroma is kind of sahtilike, but without the juniper, e.g. bananaish, some rye as well as some yeasty notes. Flavour is quite nice rye, toasted notes, mild sweet malts, yeast as well as some mellow bitterness lurking.
