Bottled. Golden colour, mediumsized longlasting white head. Aroma is hops, some grains, mild floral notes. Flavour is floral, grassy, grainy and some mild yeasty and bready notes.

Bottle picked up from Sulzberger Bierhaus, Pffafenhofen an der Ilm and consumed at home Wednesday 24th August 2022 listening to Steve Lamaq on 6Music and still cooking a Thai Prawn and Lime Curry. Pours gold and really clear, admittedly I was unsure what to expect as I didn't really study the bottle details, also I poured the whole bottle in one go as I am using an undersized glass, nice white head. Soft moutheel, cereal, a little grainy, very easy going but actually quite drinkable.

03-03-22 // Hopfenjünger-Onlinetasting. Bready, grain forward. Malt sweetness. Mild bitterness in the finish with a light dryness. But a weaker finish. Good but not great Helles from this Weizenbier-Brewery.

Bottle 500ml. @ home in apartment, Berlin, Germany. [ As Gutmann Untergärig ].Clear light to medium yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, grain, fruity malt, light hoppy, grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, pale malt, fruity malt, sweet malt, light grass. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. 50cl bottle. Pours clear pale golden colour with a mid-siized most good lasting white head. aroma of dry hops, pale malt, some grains. Taste of dry bitter hops, some spicy malt, pale malt.

Dunkelgoldene Farbe, süßliche Farbe. Der Antrunk ist süßlich-mild und schön weich. Der Hauptteil hat was von einem Kristallweizen, obwohl kein Weizenmalz drin ist. Hinzu kommt eine angenehm mild-herbe Not mit leicht süßlichem Touch. Der Nachgeschmack ist mittellang, leicht herb und angenehm-süßlich.
--> Nettes Helles, aber die Weizenbiere aus Titting sind um Längen besser!!

bottle. Clear pale golden, mid-sized head. Slightly sweet, malty, some spicy hops tune in towards the finish. Grainy-bready impression. Pleasant carbonation.
